Citizen needs to fill the forms regarding identity, address, and the complaints. After that, citizen will be directed to wait while being served with snacks and warm drinks or mineral water.
"We directly handle citizen complaints. Related Satpel and I will process it if it can be handled at sub-district level. But if not, we will submit it to city level," he closed.
