PD Pasar Jaya Managing 233 Business Places at Cipinang Kebembem Market

The city-owned market operator PD Pasar Jaya is managing 233 business places at Cipinang Kebembem Market, Jalan Cipinang Raya, RT 03/07, Cipinang Urban Village, Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.

The market is built on a 3,272-square-meter wide

Cipinang Muara Market Head, Edi Pragoto expressed, the market itself has 84 kiosks, 145 counters and 4 tents. The total number of peddlers is reaching 60 peddlers.

"The market is built on a 3,272-square-meter wide," he stated, Tuesday (11/28).

He explained, it is one of thematic market managed PD Pasar Jaya with the specificity of buying and selling of birds.

"Stall rental cost is vary, that is from Rp 66,000-Rp 112,000 per month," he told.

To attract more visitors, bird competition is routinely held in the market with hundreds of participants.

"We're routinely maintaining the cleanliness of the market plus its security," he expressed.

While, Assistant for PD Jaya Public Relations Manager, Amanda Gita Dinanjar uttered, the market will be renovated next year.

"Thus far it has entered discussion stage," she stated.
