The subsidiary of PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro), PT. Pulo Mas Jaya, will revitalize Ria Rio Reservoir's Park on Jalan Pulo Mas Utara Block E No. 1, Kayu Putih, East Jakarta in 2018.
PT Pulo Mas Jaya President Director, Bambang Mursalin said his side would dredge the reservoir, manage waste water, and beautify the park.
PT. Pulo Mas Jaya Renovates V-nesia MallHe stated the park itself would be revitalized up to 25 hectares. In details, 9 hectares will be used for reservoir, 9 hectares are for park, and 7 hectares are for commercial land.
"We will start revitalization in early 2018 and complete it by the end of the year," he informed, Monday (12/4).
In the future, his side will also collaborate with other sides to optimize the revitalization and to enliven activity of the park.
"Besides collecting rain water and domestic wastewater, it is also used as water balance to prevent flood. Moreover this park can be used as water and wetland tourism destination," he mentioned.
