Jakarta Transportation Department has prepared 12 terminals to serve the homecomers in the capital city. They consist of 3 main and 9 support terminals and will operate on 7 days before Eid ul Fitr.

Particularly for Pulogadung Terminal, will serve trip heading for Central Java, Kampung Rambutan Terminal serves West Java areas such as Bandung and Tasikmalaya, and Kalideres Terminal serves trip heading for Sumatera and Banten.

To provide convenience for passengers, the road worthiness test (KIR) against public transport is scheduled to be carried out before leaving for out of the city, including vehicle brakes, bus body, and some other equipments.
On the other hand, his sub-department also cooperates with police to conduct urine test against public transport drivers. "We just ensure the condition of the public transport and its driver. If the driver is proven using drugs and drinking liquor, they will be detained and prohibited to drive," he stressed.
