The Gambir Park built on a 290-square-meter width at Central Jakarta Administration Office is inaugurated. It looks more beautiful after passing through arrangement process that is by adding a fishpond.
Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede appreciates the performance of Forestry Sub-dept. that does land arrangement that was previously empty.

The park is named Gambir, as the land has gambir trees that are currently quite rare. The pond located on the west side of the park is filled by dozens of koi fish.
"The pond is not big. So we just spread 20 koi fishes," stated Bayu Sari Hastuti, Head of Central Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-dept.
