City DPRD's Commission C, held a working meeting to discuss Rp 0 Down Payment Housing program with PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya and City Public Housing and Settlement Area Dept., Wednesday (1/31).

"It is managed by BUMD without using APBD and city assets. So I guess it's okay to be built and could be marketed," expressed James Arifin Sianipar, Secretary of City DPRD's Commission C, Wednesday (1/31).

PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya President Director, Yoory C Pinontoan explained that his party along with the developer is mobilizing heavy equipment to start construction. Thus far, there have been 3,000 people registered as consumers and would be verified.

"Talk about marketing, it is awaiting BLUD in the upcoming April. There will be 703 units in each tower," he explained.

He added that those who want to register must have Jakarta ID card, have never had a house, married and earn above Rp 2.5 million and under Rp 7 million.
