Anies Wants Muara Baru Modern Fish Market Into Pilot

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan disclosed Muara Baru Modern Fish Market, Jalan Muara Baru Raya, Penjaringan, North Jakarta can be a pilot for other regions in Indonesia.

"This market can be an example of a modern market with a traditional spirit. It should really be a pilot for other regions," expressed Anies, when he attended a groundbreaking of Muara Baru Modren Fish Market construction, Thursday (2/8).

According to him, the market has to sell the fish that really maintained the quality, has many variants, and has clean place.

Muara Baru Modern Fish Market Expected to Be Tourism Destination

"The fish sold must be fresh," he expressed.

He added the market is also expected to advance fish consumption, especially in Jakarta

"We're grateful for Maritime and Fisheries Ministry to realize the development of modern fish market in Jakarta," he uttered.

As for the information, groundbreaking itself is directly attended by Marine and Fisheries Minister, Susi Pudjiastuti. As a form of this project supervision is involving Escort Team, Government Security and Development Center (TP4P) of the Attorney General.
