Jakarta Provincial Government is looking to establish cooperation with Huan Cities Coalition (HCC) regarding settlement arrangement in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
Jakarta Deputy Governor, Sandiaga Uno expressed concept of arrangement will be done by building a Hybrid House thus residents can occupy a more decent and meet health standards.
Sandi: City Supports National Film Industry"Hybrid House is a new breakthrough. We intend to cooperate with HCC to realize the project," he expressed, after opening Stakeholders meeting Huan Cities Coalition, in one of hotels in Central Jakarta, Tuesday (2/13).
It becomes part of the concept of integrated settlement development by involving the landowners through the land consolidation scheme.
"By so, this allows residents do not need to move away from where they currently live," he stressed.
City Deputy for Spatial Planning and Environment, Oswar Muadzin Mungkasa added Hybrid House development would be trialled in the near future.
"We want this to be a center of excellence and pilot in dealing with uninhabitable homes for other regions in Indonesia," he stated.
