Violating Permit, 12 Microcell Poles in Jakarta Controlled

They were also controlled on Jalan Gerbang Pemuda Gelora, Jalan Banjir Kanal Barat (Grogol Petamburan), Jalan Penjernihan, Jalan Nusa Indah (Cengkareng), Jalan Kramat Raya, Jalan Penjernihan 1, Jalan Aries Utama, and Jalan Pramuka.

According to Gubernatorial Regulation No. 195/2010, the altitude of the microcell poles must be a maximum of 15 meters height.
"Only one has no permit and will be demolished. And we seal the pole that exceeds 18 meters. There are totally 11 poles," he uttered.
He uttered that poles that have been sealed will be processed through Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPM and PTSP) for revocation of permits. Previously the owner of the pole had been given the opportunity to adjust its altitude in accordance with Gubernatorial Regulation No. 195/2010 up to January 31, 2017 ago.
"Based on the observation in the field, poles that violate altitude have not been tidied their owners. So we have to seal them," he said.
