It was done in accordance with Gubernatorial Regulation No. 195/2010 on Implementation Guidelines for the Placement Network Utility.

Supermarket Permit must Be Supervised

Jakarta Satpol PP's Operation Section Head, Harry Apriyanto mentioned that those poles were controlled on Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan (Gambir), Jalan Jembatan Galur (Johar Baru), Jalan Budi Kemuliaan, and Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto.

They were also controlled on Jalan Gerbang Pemuda Gelora, Jalan Banjir Kanal Barat (Grogol Petamburan), Jalan Penjernihan, Jalan Nusa Indah (Cengkareng), Jalan Kramat Raya, Jalan Penjernihan 1, Jalan Aries Utama, and Jalan Pramuka.

"We do this after getting an unloading warrant. Perhaps we could control poles at six points, and the rest will be done tomorrow," he expressed, at City Hall, Monday (2/19).

According to Gubernatorial Regulation No. 195/2010, the altitude of the microcell poles must be a maximum of 15 meters height.

"Only one has no permit and will be demolished. And we seal the pole that exceeds 18 meters. There are totally 11 poles," he uttered.

He uttered that poles that have been sealed will be processed through Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPM and PTSP) for revocation of permits. Previously the owner of the pole had been given the opportunity to adjust its altitude in accordance with Gubernatorial Regulation No. 195/2010 up to January 31, 2017 ago.

"Based on the observation in the field, poles that violate altitude have not been tidied their owners. So we have to seal them," he said.
