Jakarta Deputy Governor, Sandiaga Uno, asserted his commitment to clean all lakes in the capital.
We will also clean the coastal waters in Jakarta and Seribu Islands
The statement is stated by him after swimming with Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Minister Susi Pudjiastuti in Sunter Lake Festival, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, Sunday (2/25).

Sandi also appreciates the quality of the water in the lake whereby it is quite feasible to swim.
"I once swam in Phuket, the water quality here is better. But the fresh water is very different," he expressed.
Similar statement is also stated by Mrs. Susi that saying her appreciation for the arrangement of Sunter Lake that has been done by Jakarta Provincial Government.
To support tourism in Sunter Lake, she promised to provide fish seeds to be spread in the lake. Her party wants people who are fishing enough to pay per kilogram at a price below the market
