West Jakarta Assistant for Community Welfare, Yunus Burhan said, Jakarta Provincial Government has issued Pergub No. 218/2018 about Human Trafficking Prevention Task Force.
He admitted, cooperation with other related institutions is needed to solve human trafficking.
"It needs cooperation from all sides to fight human trafficking by improving coordination in planning, cooperation, and prevention," he explained while opening human trafficking prevention task force reinforcement activities, Wednesday (3/21).
West Jakarta Empowerment Child Protection and Population Control (PPAPP) Sub-dept. Head, Endang Widaningsih affirmed the important of public roles in combating human trafficking.
"This event is to increase the capacity of human resources involved," she mentioned.
