Basuki Questioning BPK Findings Over Row Village

The Supreme Audit Agency (BPK)'s findings regarding row village program which has violated the rules due to built on a land belongs the state is causing question. Based on the rule of National Land Agency (BPN), people cannot propose certificate on land owned by the state.

So where is the mistake?," said Acting Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama at City Hall, Monday (7/14).

Just order the KPK to check all. I'll challenge the BPK to audit optimally. But please, the standard in regency, city, and province must be the same with us," he asserted.
The former regent of East Belitung assessed that if there is nothing worse than Jakarta in terms of transparency and others, given better score, that means there are people play behind. "In 2012, there is no certificate for Jakarta assets. While in 2013, only 25 certificates were made from initial target 100 certificates. The rest 65 certificates could not be made because it is the findings," he added.
As known, the results of BPK audit over finance report belongs to city administration in 2013 mentions there are 86 findings amounting to Rp 1.54 trillion. It indicates on loss worth Rp 85.36 billion, findings of regional potential loss Rp 1.33 trillion, low regional revenue Rp 95.1 billion and 3E findings Rp23, 13 billion.
In the report, the BPK found some significant issues such as the activity of making e-mail information system, e-document, e-pricing, e-budgeting, grant shopping system and social assistance, e-asset, e-public and social facility, and e-employee which is not in accordance with procurement of goods and services.
They also highlight the distribution of social aid programs for KJP which has 9,006 multiple cards on behalf of child and mother worth Rp 13.34 billion. Including operational costs for state school worth Rp 1.57 trillion is not based on school accountability but money transferred to schools reduced repayment from school. It indicated a loss amounted to Rp 8.29 billion.
While the distribution of grant funds in form of BOP does not match with the rule and effective Rp 6.05 billion, among them is the school did not file a proposal but received BOP funds, and happen manipulation on the relief letter (SKTM) indicated loss of Rp 2.19 billion. Another finding is unoptimal row village program and Transjakarta bus procurement which does not fully in accordance with the procedures and its price is too much or reaching Rp 118.40 billion and Rp 43.87 billion.
