43 Health Posts Provided to Face Homecoming Season

Jakarta Health Department has prepared 43 health posts in the capital in order to face homecoming season of Eid ul Fitr 1435 Hijri. Those will be opened on 7 days before until after Eid ul Fitr.

Head of Jakarta Health Department, Dien Emmawati disclosed her department is going to set up the health posts in terminals, ports, and stations in Jakarta, such as Kampung Rambutan Terminal, Kalideres Terminal, Jatinegara Station, Senen Station, Gambir Station, and Tanjung Priok Port. It is hoped able to serve homecomers well.

"We provide 43 health posts for homecomers. This is free of charge," she told, Tuesday (7/15).

Rawamangun Terminal Prepares 120 Buses to Serve Homecomers

According to her, officers will be divided into three shifts. There are four officers in each shift, comprising doctor, nurse, driver, and pharmacy officer.

Emmawati suggested to the homecomers to be more careful and maintain the health condition of the body, due to extreme weather. "Just drinking water sufficiently, because the current weather is erratic," he stated.

Besides providing health posts, Jakarta Provincial Government also applies health and urine test to the AKAP bus drivers in terminal. It aims to prevent unwanted things.
