City Local Asset Management Agency (BPAD) conducts monitoring at Sentra Timur Integrated Bus Terminal, Pulogebang, East Jakarta. It is aimed in the framework of asset utilization.

Achmad Firdaus, Head of City BPAD disclosed it is routinely conducted in the framework of supervision and utilization of provincial assets spread across five areas of the city and Seribu Islands District.

"We do monitoring routinely here. Similar thing is also done on other assets, such as lands, school buildings, government buildings and so on," he expressed, Monday (5/14).

Thus far, the terminal asset usage is currently unoptimal. Hence, when the third party who wants to use the lands, his side will process agreement in accordance with applicable procedures.

"Asset utilization at terminal is by third party, such as to trade, should contribute for Jakarta Provincial Government," he stated.
