Acting Jakarta Governor Basuki T Purnama asks PT Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jakarta to build a tunnel which integrated with ex South Jakarta Mayor office building that will be transformed into ASEAN Secretariat office.

According to Basuki, later the MRT will also be connected with airport train project that will be built by central government and PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI).

As reported earlier, Jakarta Provincial Government has agreed to grant the building of ex South Jakarta Mayor office on Jalan Trunojoyo, South Jakarta, to ASEAN Secretariat. It is still in paperwork process which targeted to finish next week.
