A week ahead of Eid ul Fitr, the Pasar Minggu Intercity Interprovince (AKAP) Terminal, South Jakarta, is still deserted from the homecomers.

14,000 Homecomers Dispatched from Senen StationDarmin uttered 7 days before Eid ul Fitr, the amount of bus passenger is decreasing compared to last year. "Last year, we had dispatched two buses in a day on 7 days before Eid ul Fitr. But now, one bus may not be full by passenger today," he lamented.
According to him, ticket price is not expensive. "In detail, ticket price for economic class has increased from Rp 100 thousand to Rp 150 thousand. For VIP price, is sold at Rp 300 thousand set by our company," he expressed.
Although the Lebak Bulua AKAP Terminal was closed down, he explained, it does not affect the amount of passengers in the Pasar Minggu Terminal. "Perhaps people do not know where there is also an AKAP bus terminal here," exclaimed a bus driver who serves homecomers heading to Solo.
Bimantoro, (52), one of passengers heading to Wonosari admitted he bought tickets for his wife and children. "This is because my children's school has entered holiday period, and then I will go after taking leave in my office," told Bimantoro who bought a Santoso Bus ticket.
Group Commander Caretaker for Pasar Minggu Terminal, Isworo acknowledged not many Otobus Company (PO) serves the homecomers in terminal, considering it is only a supporting terminal. "The amount of passenger is not a lot. Most of them go to Solo, Purworedjo, Pekalongan, Wonosari, and one to East Java," he said.
Based on the data, in two days, around thousands of homecomers were departed from Pasar Minggu Terminal. "Last Saturday to Sunday, 1,073 people were departed using the AKAP buses," he finished.
