South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. (Sudinhub) prepares testing for expanded odd-even traffic system.
Considering, this odd-even system is expanded to several roads in South Jakarta.
No Odd-Even System During Eid HolidaysSouth Jakarta Sudinhub Head, Christianto mentioned, currently his side still prepares for odd-even system policy at department level. This policy is taken to overcome traffic congestion during Asian Games event.
"Now we are preparing all of it at department level. It still needs to be reviewed," he informed, Thursday (6/28).
According to him, odd-even system implementation is expanded to Jalan Rasuna Said, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jalan RA Kartini, Jalan Metro Pondok Indah and Jalan Sisingamagaraja.
Later on, his side will also deploy his personnel in those locations. Number of personnel deployed will be different in each locations based on its need.
"We also prepare for alternative roads for road users," he mentioned.
