He explained, City has formed selection committee for echelon II officials rotation and mutation in accordance with Governor Decree No. 102/2018.
"We do the process after reviewing Senior Officials' proposal and mapping," he said.
He ensures selection committee will process it based on consideration from Home Affairs Ministry, State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry, and State Civil Service Commission.
"Selection committee's duty is to help me to propose officials who are considered worthy to get promotion," he added.
