Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. (Sudinhub) conducts traffic engineering on Jalan Letjen Suprapto, Galur, Johar Baru. This traffic engineering is started from 6 AM until tonight to unravel congestion on Galur Flyover intersection.

"15 personnel are deployed with assistance from Satpol PP and police for today's traffic engineering," mentioned Subagyo H.P., Head Section of Central Jakarta Sudinhub's Traffic Engineering, Wednesday (5/27).

In this engineering, his side still uses fiberglass road barriers to separate the road. His side will replace it with movable concrete barrier (MCB) after this engineering has run for a week.

"We have socialized it for a month. Temporarily, we see the traffic in Galur intersection seem more organized and not chaotic as before," he explained.

During traffic engineering, vehicles from Jalan Galur Selatan direction to Senen can go through Jembatan Besi by turning to left. While vehicles from Jalan Galur Selatan to Kemayoran is diverted to the right side via Jalan Biduri Pandan to Jalan Galur Jaya then turn left to exit to Jalan Letjen Suprapto.
