Kwitang Urban Village, Senen, Central Jakarta arranges its environment on Jl. Kramat, RW 08 and RW 09. This arrangement is started by making a new 500 meters water channel.

"SDA Unit with help from PPSU builds a new water channel with 500 meters long which connects RW 08 and RW 09," informed Hamdani, Kwitang Urban Village Head, Saturday (7/28).

According to him, it is built to replace the previous one which has been covered by tens buildings thus made the channel can't be functioned normally.

"After controlling the area, we make a channel and park as residents need. It is planned to be Kwitang Culinary Center when the arrangement is done," he stated.

He added, new channel has 500 meters length, 80 centimeters width, and one meter depth. Most residents open culinary stalls on its left and right sides.
