He feels proud, Indonesia's independence day is celebrated with great fanfare in an atmosphere of joy.
"Alhamdulillah (thank God), today we witnessed in various places, offices, all citizens celebrating the Independence Day," he stated.
He added that this year's Independence Day celebration is very close to the opening of the XVIII Asian Games that will take place on Saturday (18/8) tomorrow.
"It's a matter of pride. This independence celebration must be accompanied by the spirit of welcoming the Asian Games," he stated.
As for the information, it is held at Lapangan Banteng after the revitalization project.
The ceremony is attended by City DPRD Chairman, Prasetio Edi Marsudi, City Secretary, Saefullah, SKPD and ASN leaders, as well as veterans and students.
