A building that is located on Jalan Cempaka Putih Tengah XXXVII, RT 07/06, Cempaka Putih Timur Urban Village was demolished by Central Jakarta Satpol PP officers, Tuesday (9/4). 

From two buildings, one of them has no building permit (IMB)

Central Jakarta Satpol PP's PPNS and Control Section Head, Santoso disclosed that the officer had sent a warning letter to the owner, but it was ignored. Therefore his side decided to sent 56 officers of Satpol PP, PTSP, Spatial Planning Cipta Karya and Land Sub-dept., army and police to demolish the building.

"From two buildings, one of them has no building permit (IMB)," he expressed, Tuesday (9/4).

It was done to follow up a recommendation letter sent by Central Jakarta Spatial Planning Cipta Karya and Land. "We direct the owner to reprocess the IMB towards PTSP thus the building construction can be continued again," he said.
