Anies Holds Elderly Commission Consultation Meeting

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan is opening the regional commission consultation meeting (Komda) between elderly from Java and Bali this year at Jakarta City Hall, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Gambir, Central Jakarta.

In the meantime, Jakarta Elderly Communication Forum Representative, Ery Cahyadi positively welcomes the meeting that aims to pay attention to the elderly.
"We want to fight for the revision of Act No. 13/1998 on elderly welfare to be adapted to current developments," he stressed.
Despite the city has issued 14,200 Jakarta Elderly cards, he wants them to still be able to contribute in the development of Jakarta.
"Surely we as seniors want to be very useful and stay productive," he said.
