I remind all motorists for not passing the sidewalk again

East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept. Head, Juani Yusuf said, his side expects contractor to repair it since it is still under their responsibility. "Bollard repair is under vendor's responsibility because it is still in one-year maintenance period. Today, two bollards on Jalan Dewi Sartika are repaired," he informed.

According to him, most of bollard damages are caused by motorcycles that pass over the sidewalk then scratch it or hit it. It seems they don't want Jakarta to be arranged, neat and comfortable.
