To parse traffic congestion, three locations in Pejagalan Urban Village area, Penjaringan, North Jakarta are set as a becak (three-wheeled pedicabs) integrated shelter.

Pejagalan Urban Village Head, Yogara Fernandes stated that those locations are Jalan K RW 09, Jalan Fajar RW 17, and Jalan B Raya RW 08. Before it is set, becak was often parked illegally and triggered congestion.

All this time, there are 286 units of becak operated. Thus if this policy is applied, it will trigger congestion along Jalan Teluk Gong Raya and its surrounding areas.
According the agreement, if the becak driver tries to operate in other areas, they will be controlled.
"In future, the shelter will be facilitated by canopy. Similar thing will also be applied to Jalan A1 and Jalan Lele," he stated.
