Jakarta Council (DPRD) Vice Chairman, Triwisaksana expects SKPD and UKPD to optimize budget absorption on APBD 2018.

He said, budget monitoring and assistance are needed to help related SKPDs and UKPDs in optimizing its budget absorption.

In budget year 2019, he informed, early auction for big scale projects can be done after KUPA-PPAS is agreed by executive and legislative sides.
"Priority scale is needed. This early auction can be implemented on November or December 2018 thus projects can be started in January," he conveyed.
