S. Jakarta Sudinhub Follows Up 4,170 Traffic Complaints

w e have followed up public complaints through CRM regarding traffic violation, traffic congestion, illegal parking, and traffic infrastructure

South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. (Sudinhub) follows up 4,170 complaints from residents. Those complaints are received per October 23, 2018 through Citizen Relation Management (CRM) application.

"Until October 23, we have followed up public complaints through CRM regarding traffic violation, traffic congestion, illegal parking, and traffic infrastructure," said Christianto, South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. Head, Tuesday (10/23).

He explained, from total 4,170 complaints, there are 272 complaints from Tebet, 444 from Setiabudi, 106 from Mampang Prapatan, 826 from Pasar Minggu, 264 from Kebayoran Lama, 221 from Kebayoran Baru, 118 from Cilandak, 573 from Pancoran, 221 from Jagakarsa, and 30 complaints from Pesanggarahan.

CRM is an application made to facilitate communication between government, such as department and urban village, with residents.

"Through this application, we can serve residents and follow up their complaints faster," he conveyed.
