At the same time, Anesthesiologist Specialist for Tarakan Hospital, Nur Syamsiani explained, the purpose of this workshop is to have anaesthetic specialists who have the ability to deal with pain complaints in patients with direct intervention techniques in the spinal pain area.
"We hope this workshop can produce more anaesthetic specialists for the treatment of chronic pain," she hoped.
As a teaching hospital with the title A since last June 30, 2014, Tarakan Hospital is one of two hospitals that receive referrals from hospitals throughout Indonesia. Especially in handling chronic pain that will be handled by six specialist doctors and modern medical equipment.
In the meantime, Collegium Anesthesia and Intensive Therapy (KATI) Secretary General, Hamzah assessed that the hospital is feasible to open and develop education.
