Rescue team from South Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-dept. evacuates sand truck driver who is stuck due to single traffic incident on Jalan Haji Saikin, RW 08, Pondok Pinang Urban Village, Kebayoran Lama.

The driver is stuck because the truck hit a tree

South Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept.'s Kebayoran Lama Sector 1 Head, Usman Niman stated, his side deployed one rescue car unit and one team consisted of six people to the incident location. His side received first report about this incident around 5.38 AM.

"The driver is stuck because the truck hit a tree. Driver can be evacuated completely at 9.25 AM because we need to be very careful in evacuating him," he conveyed, Wednesday (11/21).

Meanwhile, South Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept.'s Rescue Team Sector C Leader, Windyasti Sulistyo estimated the driver was drowsy while driving a sand truck on Jalan Ciputat Raya to Kebayoran Lama. Road was also empty at that time.

"We found the truck driver was stuck while his assistant is not injured. Both of them are survived and taken to Fatmawati Hospital," she explained.
