5,000 Visitors Targeted to Visit Setu Babakan

5,000 passengers are targeted to visit the Betawi cultural neighborhood Setu Babakan in Jagakarasa, South Jakarta, during New Year celebration

Parking lots in zone A that has 3.2 hectares width can accommodate hundreds of two-and four-wheeled vehicles

Betawi cultural neighborhood Setu Babakan Technical Unit Head, Rofiqoh Mustafa stated that the entire supporting infrastructure for the New Year program has been prepared. Besides the stage, parking lots are also provided to accommodate visitor vehicles.

"Parking lots in zone A that has 3.2 hectares width can accommodate hundreds of two-and four-wheeled vehicles," he expressed, Wednesday (12/26).

Folk Event to Brighten Up Setu Babakan on New Year's Eve

Even, 50 points of trashcans also have been prepared in the location. Each point has three cans, namely dry trash, wet trash and B3 or toxic trash.

"We always urge visitors not to litter in the waters," he expressed.

It is also enlivening 20 stands of Betawi culinary in zone A.

"We also have toge goreng, bir pletok (spice-based Betawi beverage), kerak telor (omelette), dodol (sticky candy), iced selendang mayang, rangi cake, etc," he said.
