May, Four Urban Village Offices in East Jakarta Renovated

Four urban village offices, which are located in Kelapadua Wetan, Pulogadung, Pulogebang, and Jatinegara urban villages, will be renovated in May.

It will go through auction stage in March and continued with execution in May or June

"It will go through auction stage in March and continued with execution in May or June. This is actually a follow-up project from 2017," expressed Dewi Purnam Sari, Section Head of East Jakarta Administration's Governance, Thursday (2/28).

This Year, Small Renovation to Be Done in Eight Flats

She explained that it is done, as those offices have yet to meet the service standards. That means the building only has one floor thus it is inadequate while the service volume is increasing.

For the total rehab budget is varied, depending on the land area and the number of floors, which is by Rp 9-10 billion. Especially for Jatinegara Urban Village, its budget will spend Rp 5 billion.

"It is targeted to be finished in the forthcoming November or December," he stated.
