They should respond this matter to have the same frame of mind with business people in industry 4.0.
“Which is why synergy is needed in this industry 4.0, thus they can innovate and cooperate with the entrepreneurs," he explained.
He explained that public service is a basic necessity and the civil rights of every citizen, which must always be met.
"Jakarta should be a superior business city in Asia area," he told.
Thus far the agency already has lots of innovations in bringing and facilitating services to the public.
"In recent years, our innovation gets appreciation from the central government and the private sector," he uttered.
