PKT Certificates Given to 125 Thousand Islands Residents

125 Panggang Island residents of North Thousand Islands received certificates after conducted all training stages in Integrated Entrepreneurship Development (PKT) program.

Hopefully these certificates can be useful and encourage all participants to develop their own business

Thousand Islands PKT Program's Head Mentor, Tobaristani explained the purposes of PKT program are to tackle poverty, reduce number of unemployment, train residents' skills, empower economy potentials in Thousand Islands for local residents' welfare.

"Hopefully these certificates can be useful and encourage all participants to develop their own business," he mentioned on the location, Friday (5/24).

Disparbud Targets PKT Program to Produce 1,540 New Entrepreneurs

Jubaedah (30), participant who receives her PKT certificate feels grateful to have a chance to train her skills in making foods.

"I want to develop my business with knowledge that I gained from this training," she expressed.

Panggang Island Urban Village Head, Pepen Kuswandi expected participants can apply their knowledge from training to develop their own business.

"You should use your skill and knowledge well to make Thousand Islands economy better," he stated.
