TIM to See World Class Eco-friendly

PT Jakpro President Director, Dwi Wahyu Daryoto revealed that the Taman Ismail Marzuki would be transformed into an world class icon of Jakarta.

The design concept will be eco-friendly, disability-friendly and optimizes public space

"The design concept will be eco-friendly, disability-friendly and optimizes public space. With this revitalization, there will be many more outstanding artists," he expressed, Thursday (7/4).

The first development includes Amir Hamzah Mosque in Graha Bhakti Budaya Plaza, Park Parking Building and Fire Station. It will start this month until December 2019. While in the following year, it will be continued to the Library Building and TIM Guesthouse.

"The first stage basic design has been completed and has passed the tender process for the selection of a design contractor," he told.

As for the second development includes cultural arts dorm in the front area plaza in Jakarta Theater, from January 2020 to June 2021, and will be continued with the theater arena development in the ex Galeri Cipta building, from January to December 2020.

"We also plan to renovate the Planetarium Building, Graha Bhakti Budaya and Film Arts Center in the ex-Library Building, from January until June 2021," he stated.
