Explore Information about Jak Lingko in East Jakarta Mayor's Office

Good news, East Jakarta residents can visit information outlets about the Jakarta Provincial Government program in the ground floor of B2 Block in the East Jakarta Mayor's Office.

It is slated for two days from Thursday until Friday, opening at 7.30 AM until 4 PM

It is one form of service provided by the Jakarta Smart City (JSC) Technical Implementation Unit (UPT). The outlets guarded by three officers, providing information services on the Jak Lingko public transport program and the fast response community (CRM) application.

"It is slated for two days from Thursday until Friday, opening at 7.30 AM until 4 PM," expressed Karina Deandra (25), one of JSC officers, Thursday (8/22).

Locals Appreciate Jak Lingko Operational at Rambutan Terminal

Another officer, Oktika Rahayu (23) added that this activity aims to share technical explanations of Jak Lingko to residents. For instance, Jak Lingko card worth Rp 30,000 can be used to take Jak Lingko and Transjakarta public transportation. Interestingly, for the first use, the card balance will not be reduced.

"You can get the card at the nearest Transjakarta bus stop or at the terminal and other places," she uttered.

In the meantime, Sasmita (45), one of visitors admitted that she was very interested, as she can get more information about Jak Lingko and CRM applications.

"So far, we just see from the news in the mass media yet do not know in detail," she admitted.
