Drug trafficking is prone to happen in the Tanah Tinggi Flat, Tanah Tinggi Urban Village, Johar Baru Sub-District, Central Jakarta. The drug is distributed through a hole in the flat's wall ​​near citizen residential. To prevent it, the access has finally been closed permanently.

Head of Tanah Tinggi Urban Village, Heru Supriyono stated that based on citizens' report, the wall's hole was deliberately perforated for easy access in and out of drug users to get the drug.

"They (drug users) made a hole in the wall because the iron door that open at any time cannot be used arbitrarily anymore," he expressed, Tuesday (9/2).

He added that his side found one bag of household waste mixed with syringes or insulin during communal work activity in the residential. Afterwards, he took the initiative to ask locals close the flat's parapet.

"We have re-closed the flat parapet. It's also supported by citizens," he asserted.

By doing so, he hopes his residential could be free from drug trafficking. Even local citizens are hoped can also contribute to monitor and prevent it around the flat.

"If it is needed, we will involve the police here," he stressed.
