Around thousand people have visited Thousand Islands Tourism and Culture Sub-department (Sudinparbud)'s exhibition with theme 'Ayo Seru-Seruan ke Pulau Seribu' at Living World Alam Sutera Mall from August 28 to September 1.

In this exhibition, Thousand Islands Sudinparbud Head, Cucu Ahmad Kurnia, encourages more people to travel to Thousand Islands by offering tourism products from different travel agencies, resorts, and Pokdarwis (abbreviation from Kelompok Sadar Wisata or Tourim Awareness Group).

Most visitors are interested in travel packages that contain of fishing activities, jet sky sport, flying board, snorkeling, ad scuba diving, homestay, and resort.
"Around thousand visitors are enthusiastic to find out information about travel packages offered by Thousand Islands," he mentioned, Monday (9/2).
According to him, most visitors appreciate this event since information about Thousand Islands is considered very limited.
"We also found some newlyweds who are asking about honey moon packages in Thousand Islands resorts. Because Thousand Islands also has numbers of exotic resorts as beautiful as the famous resorts in Indonesia.
In this exhibition, his side explains about transportation and accommodation that are available for different resorts and home stay based on their budget.
He hopes, this exhibition can attract more people to visit Thousand Islands. Moreover, current domestic flight ticket prices are quite high while some people consider traveling as a part of their lifestyle.
"Next exhibition will be held at Kelapa Gading Mall on September 3-8. Be sure to come thus you can gain more information about promotion
we are offering," he expressed.This exhibition will also continue to be held at Kota Kasablanka Mall on September 11-15, Citylink Bandung Festival on 26-29 September, and Bekasi Sumarrecon Mall on October 24-27.
