This year, Jalan Pasar Induk Cipinang Concreted

The condition of Jalan Pasar Induk Cipinang, Pisangan Timur, Pulogadung, is very worrying. No wonder, lots of potholes can easily be found in the access road towards Pasar Induk Cipinang and are often inundated during rainy season.

We'll repair the road this year and it is still under auction process in the Goods and Service Procurement Unit (ULP)

Based on beritajakarta.com observations, those potholes have a length of 20 meters with 30 centimeters depth.

Rohman, (50), a local resident expressed potholes have been exist more than a year. Two years ago, the road had been concreted as long as 500 meters. "The road is often inundated by water from car wash," he expressed, Sunday (9/7).

He stated 20 years ago, there was a drain on the left and right sides of the road. But it has been covered by trash and illegal building.

Responding on this matter, Head of Maintenance Section for East Jakarta Road Public Works Sub-Department, Arif Faizal said Jalan Pasar Induk Cipinang already entered on the repair agenda this year.

As planned, the road would be re-concreted permanently. "We'll repair the road this year and it is still under auction process in the Goods and Service Procurement Unit (ULP)," he stressed.
