Pasar Minggu and Daan Mogot JPOs Revitalization Has Touched 65 Percent

The Pasar Minggu and Daan Mogot pedestrian bridges (JPO) revitalization that has been conducted since February has now reached 65 percent.

It is targeted to be finished in mid-December

Jakarta Bina Marga Agency Head Hari Nugroho said the work is focused on the finalization of construction. Meanwhile, the girder and JPO ladder are already installed.

"It is targeted to be finished in mid-December," he expressed, Thursday (10/10).

Those JPOs will put forward the concept of futuristic, millennial and the value of local wisdom similar to the contemporary JPO that had already been built like on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman.

While the lighting will be made with vibrant colors, ranging from red, green and blue. The combination of these colors can produce hundreds of colors in the lighting.

"This bridge is surely friendly to disabled people, elderly and pregnant women as it will have an elevator and a CCTV connected to Jakarta Smart City," he stated.
