Muhidin Supports Phase 2 Bicycle Lane Trial

Cipete Selatan Resident, Muhidin (43) who lives in Jl. Bunga Mawar RW 02, Cipete Selatan, Cilandak, South Jakarta supports city to trial Phase 2 bicycle lane and Bicycle-Friendly Jakarta Program.

According to him, this program can encourage people to use bicycle. Besides, he assessed it is a right action for government to provide bicycle lane in order to support cleaner air in Jakarta.

"I, as the resident, support this bicycle lane trial and Bicycle-Friendly Jakarta Program," he conveyed in event of cycling together with Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan, Saturday (10/12).

He also hopes that Jakarta Provincial Govern ment can add more bicycle lanes in Jakarta.

Other resident of Pondok Kelapa, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, Novita Purbasari (45) also expressed similar thing. She also participated in Phase 2 bicycle lane trial together with Jakarta Governor. According to her, this trial is not only makes air in Jakarta cleaner, but also encourage people to live healthier with cycling.

"Providing this bicycle lane, it seems city wants to encourage people to live healthier with cycling," she said.
