December, Panah Asmara Bridge Development Completed

The Panah Asmara Bridge development on Tidung Island which is the bridge connecting the island ring road in Thousand Islands is targeted to be complete on December 15.

This work has entered the process of installing piles as a bridge foundation

The bridge itself will have 60 long and will be connected with the ring road along 521 meters, which is now on the south side of Tidung Island.

"This work has entered the process of installing piles as a bridge foundation," disclosed Thousand Islands Water Resources Sub-agency Head Mustajab, Monday (10/21).

Eventually its existence will add a new spot for water tourism sites located near the Tidung Ceria RPTRA and Menunggu Sunset Park. Surely it is expected to further increase tourist arrivals, especially to Tidung Island.

"We call the Panah Asmara Bridge, as the model resembles an arrow that shot out to sea," he told.
