Rawa Bebek Flat is built on a land as wide as 17.8 hectares. In its construction, Jakarta Provincial Government is cooperating with Perumnas and PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. Based on the agreement, Jakarta Provincial Government builds four blocks, Perumnas builds six blocks, and PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. builds four blocks.
