Diskominfotik Holds FGD Related with PPID at City Hall

We provide maximum information and documentation services

The communication, Information and Statistics Agency (Diskominfotik) is holding a focus group discussion (FGD) related with the Jakarta information and document management office (PPID) officials in Block G, 22nd floor, City Hall.

Jakarta Diskominfotik's Public Information Division Head Raides Aryanto said the discussion attended by 32 representatives of PPID from SKPD/UKPD, BUMD and RSUD is focused on the proposed revision of Gubernatorial Regulation number 175/2016 on public information services.

Governor Opens FGD With Public Transportation Stakeholders

"We provide maximum information and documentation services. Such as managing information systems and PPID documentation that can be accessed easily by the public," he expressed, Thursday (10/31).

At the same place, Central Information Commission (KI) Vice Chairperson Hendra J Kede added the Jakarta PPID is one of the best examples of information disclosure compared to 33 other provinces.

"Jakarta has entered the level of PPID that manages information disclosure to realize public welfare," he uttered.

Meanwhile the Home Ministry's Information Facilitation Complaints and Management Center Division Head Handayani Ningrum explained demand for information disclosure from the public is increasing. The public wants information services that are transparent, fast and easily accessible.

"My hope is information disclosure in Jakarta can run more precisely and optimally," he stated.
