The city-owned property developer PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol is set to conduct a groundbreaking for the Ancol Floating Mosque construction on Ria Beach, on Saturday (11/9).

This mosque design involves an architect Andra Martin. It will have a pentagon shape that reflects the pillars of Islam and the number of obligatory prayers in one day. While on the outside, there are six minarets (towers) which symbolize the foundation of the pillars of faith.
