The North Sulawesi DPRD legislators conducted a working visit (kunker) to Jakarta DPRD in order to harmonize the grant mechanism, on Wednesday (11/20).
North Sulawesi DPRD Vice Chairman Victor Malangkai said the current grant funds refers to the Home Minister Regulation number 13/2018 on the Third Amendment over the Home Minister Regulation number 32/2011 on Guidelines for Granting and Social Aid Sourced from the APBD.

According to him, the mechanism between grants and social aid between the Jakarta Provincial Government with other cities in Indonesia are the same. They are obtained based on the community's proposals through the Regional Financial Management Agency, dossier of field observations and discussions through the legislative.
"Everything is identical, the assertion is that there are no more submissions or additions after the KUA-PPAS meeting," he explained.
Responding on this matter, the council member Panji Virgianto added the executive and legislative need to unite the perception to close the grant submission after the KUA-PPAS discussion.
"It's actually the same, it has rules, just adopt it. The urgency is the management of the grant," he uttered.
As for the information, on the same day, the council also welcomes other legislators from Bengkulu and Samarinda cities.
