This Week, Transjakarta Tour Buses Operational Hour Extended

Transjakarta tour buses which serve BW1 (Juanda-Kota Tua) route and BW2 (Juanda-HI) route that usually operate until 5 PM will be extended until 9 PM from Saturday (12/28) until Sunday (5/1).

PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) Corporate Secretary and Public Relation Division Head, Nadia Diposanjoyo explained, tour bus operational hour is extended to facilitate people who want to go to Monas for watching mapping video or other tourist destinations in Jakarta.

"Even though there are several changes in serving our customers especially on New Year's Eve, we are still positive that Transjakarta will be the best public transportation choice for Jakartans," she mentioned, Saturday (12/28)

She explained, History of Jakarta (BW1) tour bus goes through Juanda - National Archives Building - Bank Indonesia Museum - BNI 46 - Jami Kebon Jeruk Mosque - Santa Maria Elementary School - Pecenongan - Pasar Baru 1 - Juanda

Meanwhile, Jakarta Modern (BW2) tour bus goes through Juanda - Monas 1 - Monas 3 - Jakarta City Hall (Balai Kota) - Balai Kota 1 - Sarinah 1 - Wisma Nusantara - Plaza Indonesia - Sarinah 2 - National Museum - Santa Maria Elementary School - Pecenongan - Pasar Baru 1 - Juanda.

She emphasized that her side will continue to improve Transjakarta's service thus people can enjoy the facilities and tourist destinations in Jakarta.

"It is our job to support Jakarta Government in order to encourage more people to use public transportation for their daily activities," she asserted.
