PT. Jaktour-Jakarta KONI Signs Cooperation Agreement

PT. Jakarta Tourisindo (Jaktour) President Director, Novita Dewi and Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of Jakarta Province Chairperson, Djamhuron P. Wibowo signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding utilization of facilities owned by PT. Jaktour for athletes.

PT. Jaktour President Director, Novita Dewi conveyed, PT. Jaktour's facilities will be used by Jakarta KONI's athletes who are preparing themselves to compete at PON XX in Papua.

"PT. Jaktour strongly supports the efforts to improve athletes performance," she mentioned, Thursday (2/6).

She explained, Jaktour also promoted sport center business unit that can be used by athletes from Jakarta, especially those with special needs for exercise.

"During National Student Paralympic Week or Perparpenas IX event last year, our facilities got a very satisfying appreciation from athletes and officials," she added.

Meanwhile, KONI Chairperson, Djamhuron P. Wibowo conveyed, cooperation with PT. Jaktour brings a mutual synergy for the both sides.

"Through this cooperation, Jakarta KONI can utilize sport facilities and hotels owned by PT. Jaktour to support our athletes' performance," he explained.

Through good facilities, he expects athletes from Jakarta can reach the highest achievement, including to be the general champion at PON XX.

"Hopefully the initial phase of this cooperation can be a blessing for all of us," he closed.
