Council Members Collect Aspirations of Thousand Islands People

The Jakarta DPRD's Commission D members conducted a recess in North Thousand Islands Regency to absorb the aspirations of local citizens, on Wednesday (2/12).

If the class goes up, patients no longer need to be referred to the land but enough on the island

This recess was attended by the Thousand Island Regent Husein Murad along with his staffs, as well as locals and public figures from Harapan Island and Kelapa Island urban villages.

Thousand Islands Regent Husein Murad said one of citizens' aspirations was asking the legislators to encourage an increase in the status of the Thousand Islands Hospital on Pramuka Island from type D to type C.

"If the class goes up, patients no longer need to be referred to the land but enough on the island. This needs the help of council members to deliver to the province," he expressed.

Responding on this matter, the Commission D Chairman Muhammad Idris expressed that his party strongly supported the proposal of these citizens.

"We strongly agree, this proposal will be continued to be discussed at a commission meeting in the related field," he stated.

As for the information, after the recess, the regent along with the commission D chairman also visited the Chairman of RW 02, Kelapa Island Urban Village, Ismet (52) who was sick.
