11 Grocery Store Owners in Central Jakarta Received Assistance

Central Jakarta Government collaborates with PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart) in a program called Bedah Warung.

They help grocery stores to gain more profit

Central Jakarta Vice Mayor, Irwandi mentioned, Bedah Warung program is a pilot project that carried out in collaboration between Central Jakarta Government and private company to boost the economy of grocery store owners in Jakarta.

"We collaborate with Alfamart through CSR program. They help grocery stores to gain more profit," he said, Saturday (3/14).

For the initial phase, he continued, 11 grocery stores will participate in this program and get financial assistance around Rp 5 million. The company also assists the store owners to arrange the commodities thus the store looks more proper.

"They also ensure us to give the best price for store owners thus they can resell it," he added.

According to him, those 11 grocery stores have met the requirements given by Alfamart. One of them is the owners should have Jakarta ID (KTP) with domicile in Central Jakarta.

"We help its retail management. We have repaired it since two weeks ago and it was just finished yesterday," he closed.
