Thousand Islands' PMI Distributes Disinfection Packages to 6 Urban Villages

Thousand Islands' Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) distributed complete disinfection equipment to 6 urban villages in Thousand Islands, on Monday (3/23).

We hand it over directly to the urban village sides thus they can prevent the spread of COVID-19 in their regions

Thousand Islands' PMI Leader, Natsir Sabara conveyed, his side distributed 2 package of disinfection equipment consist of sprayer, disinfectant liquid, gloves, boots, face masks, headgear, and protective clothing for each urban villages.

"We hand it over directly to the urban village sides thus they can prevent the spread of COVID-19 in their regions," he said.

Five Main Roads in South Jakarta Cleaned with Disinfectant

Furthermore, his side also deployed personnel in the regions to assist Satpol PP, Gulkarmat, and health personnel in urban villages to spray the area with disinfectant.

"Together with joint personnel, we disinfect several places according to the instructions from each regions. We are ready to help," he asserted.

Formerly, Thousand Islands' PMI has been sanitized all working facilities in Mitra Praja Office in Sunter and Thousand Islands Education Office's transit building.
